Any success claiming from CPP on Barclaycard??

Options
Hi Folks,

Just after a bit info with reclaiming money from CPP which was bolted onto my Barclaycard without my knowledge.
Spoke to Barclaycard to cancel my card (which i did last year but they obviously didnt action) and they did not want to know at all.
After reading a few similar horror stories about this firm i wonder if anyone has actually got a full refund and how?
Will ring them tomorrow to find out what the state of play is.
Thanks for any help that anyone can provide.
