It seems to have two houses for sale in the whole of Italy, and one for rent. I'm sure the Italian equivalent of Rightmove is quaking in its boots.

ebay is full of these types of sites, they are just templates or affiliates without any marketing these will fail

These types of sites are ideal if you have something to bring to it, i,e suppliers etc and you don't have a website (but not at that price). Like tex said loads of these on ebay (far cheaper) and can be good as the first stepping stone but its not really a business, its just a ready made website for a business.
