    M - Stir fried prawns and noodles
    T - Pasta and smoked salmon trimmmings in a philadelphia cheese sauce (any left overs for lunch.)
    W - Blow out at the all you can eat chinese buffet
    Th - If the weather is still good, a barbecue, with meat out of the freezer and some tandoori prawns. Otherwise chilli cooked in the slow cooker.
    F- Chilli cooked in the slow cooker - either left overs or fresh.
    S - Left over chilli or possibly BBQ, if that didn't happen Thursday.
    S - I am off on holiday with my sister.

    STILL "using it up" so nearly all of this is from cupboards/freezer/garden:

    Mon - Roast pork and pitta
    - Chicken casserole, mash, veg
    Tues - Puff pastry tomato tart thingy
    - Salmon, peas, potatoes
    Wed - Chicken salad
    - Sausages and beans
    Thurs - Avocado salad
    - Belly pork and couscous
    Fri - Carrot soup, pitta
    - Breaded haddock and veg
    Sat - BLT roll
    - Mac n cheese n peas
    Sun - Avocado salad
    - Chili and rice

    Meal PLans as of today (Wednesday) because i did the shop today and worked it with what I have in the cupboards and what was on offer in Tescos

    Today
    Chicken kiev, new potatoes and fine green beans

    Thurdsday
    Jacket potatoes, salad and bacon

    Friday
    Salmon steaks, hollandaise sauce, new potatoes and peas

    Saturday
    Chilli Con Carne and garlic bread

    Sunday
    Roast chicken roast potatoes etc

    Monday
    Chicken curry (from left over cooked roast)

    Tuesday
    Spaghetti & meatballs.
    Cat, Dogs and the Horses are our fag and beer money :D :beer:

    I used a So Juicy chicken mix.
    I didn't fancy plain pork chops & improvised. They were yummy.

    Haven't been posting but have been meal planning.
    List for this week:
    Mon - Tortelloni Carbonara
    Tues - Toad in the hole with hg runner beans and hg potatoes
    Wed - Steak with hm peppercorn sauce, wedges and hg courgette with hg garlic
    Thur - Broccoli cheese with hg potatoes
    Fri - BBQ pork ribs, noodles & stir fry
    Sat - Roast pork with crackling & hg potatoes
    Sun - Chicken in white wine
