    Monday – borlotti bean bake

Tuesday – chicken and courgette risotto

Wednesday – cheesy bean burgers with potato wedges and something

Thursday – chicken stir fry with noodles

Friday – pasta with bacon in tomato sauce

Saturday – not quite decided, but will involve a pork steak

Sunday – garlic chilli chicken with cous cous

I have 4 days off from Friday - Monday (woohoo), so Friday - Sunday may change depending what i'm doing. I'm also having my brace adjusted on Friday, so I may not fancy food anyway.
