Duresta Praise

About 2 years ago we bought an expensive new Duresta sofa as my very slim husband was finding the old one uncomfortable. It took him some time to tell me the new sofa was as bad as the old one and I just blamed his lack of'bottom. After continuous nagging I finally decided to bite the bullet a couple of months ago and replace the cushion inserts with latex ones. Just to be on the safe side, I contacted Duresta via their website to ascertain whether there was any technical reason for not using latex and, to cut a long story short, the Scottish regional manager arrived with different cushion inserts just over a week ago. They have made a tremendous difference to the comfort level of the sofa (even I feel a difference - and I don't have the 'lack of bottom problem' that my husband does!). No charge was made and the courteous emails and personal attention from the regional manager has confirmed my belief that it was money well spent in the first instance.
Thank you, and well done, Duresta. :T
