Travel Cover to the USA for 3 months. Any ideas?

Hi. We're looking for travel cover for a trip to the US that is 88 days. Annual multi-trip policies seem to be capped at 60 days (Are there any up till 90?).
So far the cheapest single policy I've found was £104 with Primary Insurance (- 10% Quidco cashback). Any ideas for a better deal?
