The competition will run on thetimes.co.uk website from July 22 to midnight on Monday July 25, 2011

3. Entries are submitted via Twitter in a Tweet using the hashtag #TFTB. Tweets not containing this hashtag will not be accepted as entries. Entries may be published by The Times in paper, online, and in any other medium.
4. Entry must be original work of the entrant.
5. Entrants must be 18 years old or older and be UK residents.
6. There will be 1 winner.
7. The first prize for will be one free spa outing for the winner and a guest, comprising a massage, a complimentary drink and lunch for both guests.
