hello all can anyone tell me if you can claim back ppi for more than 1 loan. basically had loan with ppi refinaced loan 3 times all with ppi can i claim miss selling for all 3 thanks for your help.

Hi there ,yes you can.
You need the account numbers of all 3, put them on the same FOS questionnaire (will post the link for all info you need)
Put that one loan was refinancing the last in each case.

You are right,you never know that you have taken ppi again,and also the remaining ppi after the rebate for settlement is still on your new loan with interest plus the new ppi.Certain lenders often added PPI to new loans if the person had it on the original, without bothering to check whether it was still needed. That is what happened with all my Lloyds ones, as I mainly financed one to the other, but each one as Dr Sqeeze says are reclaimable.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
