Have you actually had confirmation from the recipient that the package has been delivered?
If not, the RM reply may well be a case of "we don't have it so it must have been delivered", as without a signature how would they know for sure that delivery had taken place.0 -

No confirmation no, though without going into to much detail on here the paperwork was sent in order to clear up an issue, that issue has now been resolved so my best assumption is they did receive it, I just cant prove it.
I'm having a few issues with this company that are requiring me to keep detailed records of all communications sent and received and obviously I now cannot do that which is frustrating, especially as I'd paid extra to enable me to do just that.0
