Terms:
1. Participation signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions, including the instructions to this promotion which form part of these terms and conditions.
2. Open to residents of the UK and Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
3. Promotion period runs from 7th July 2011 to 7th August 2011, the closing date.
4. Entry to competition is online at [https://www.playtex.co.uk/competition] where you will be required to complete an online entry form. Only one entry per person.
5. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries not properly completed or for entries that are no properly received due to technical, communication or other problems.
6. One winner will be drawn at random from among all of the eligible entrants who entered the prize draw.
7. The winner will receive (i) a Playtex lingerie set (bra and coordinate and; (ii) £300 worth of John Lewis vouchers (subject to their own terms and conditions).
8. The colour and style of the products will be at the Promoter’s discretion and subject to stock availability. If the winner’s selected size is not available, the Promoter shall supply the nearest size that is available. The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives.
9. The draw will take place under the supervision of an independent judge and the winner will be notified within 30 days after the closing date. The judge’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize must be claimed within 60 days of the date of notification, otherwise the prize may be forfeited at the Promoter’s discretion.
9. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives.
10. For the name and county of the prize winner, send a stamped SAE to the Promoter’s address set out below, marked “Winner – Playtex John Lewis Prize Draw”.
