Hi All,
I am being made redundant at age 60 been with the company for 12 years and was tuped over to them.now what the say is IF i am offered alternative employment do i have to take it as it will be under different terms and conditions what do u think Thanks

hello,it is me i have been selected for redundancy along with another chap,he has been put on gardening leave and i have not should i ask the question,what do you think they would say,do i have any redress.

There is no right to gradening leave. You can ask but do so politely, because there is no point in souring relations when you are leaving and want the employer to write a good reference.0
