most competive life insurence for mortgage

my paretner and i are 30 and 31. I am healthy except for a knee injury during football a few years back which requires an operation at some point and my partner is healthy except she has hyper mobility (joints bend a little more than normal) in her joints (she had tests done in all her joints and has no OA or RA so was givin all clear and advised to do strengthing exercises for long term stablity).
We are both non smokers and will be looking to borrow 105,000 for a house (we are putting down 35,000) - its over a 30 year term - we dont want illness cover or out of work cover just life insurence for 105,000 - is it going to be a complicated affair with my knee injury and her HMS? also how much are we looking at roughly?
