Hi All,
I applied for a next directory account in 2009 and it got rejected. It shows on my file as opened around Octotber 2009 and settled around May 2010. I was under the impression that it should show as a search and not an account which is seperate thing altogether on credit expert?
Any ideas???
Martin

I'd give them a ring and just say "Hi, I'm phoning about my account which was set up and never used, can you tell me the credit limit on it".
Put the onus on them, you might find you actually do have an account with them.0 -

Thanks for that. It is a bit strange and apprently it was open for a fair few months after it was open so I think I will give them ring or send a letter.
Cheers
