The excellent series "Is It Bill Bailey" from 1998 has been mentioned as a possible DVD release at some point but it has not happened as yet and currently it seems there are no firm plans in the pipeline.
Again by signing up to Bill's website newsletter you would get any info should it happen.
I think your sister will I'm sure be well chuffed with the box-set. I already have the individual DVDs and even I'm tempted to buy one at that price!:D
