Still not got original Daily Mail Reward

Is anyone else having trouble getting their £5 Tesco reward out of Daily Mail? We bought the two weekend copies of the Mail at the beginning of June only to get the £5 voucher and I still have never received one. They said they sent one on 12 June but it never arrived. They then said they sent another on 11 July and that has never arrived.
I'm going to chase again (and won't give up otherwise I'll be out of pocket rather than quids in), but I wonder if anyone else is having trouble - is it all a scam?

I've had two £5 vouchers and should get my third sometime next week, so it's not a scam.

I've had nothing yet, although the site shows me as having 2 x £5 vouchers. I did contact them - this is their reply sent on the 18th July.

For your records, your original query was:
You have listed two Tesco vouchers issued to me - have they been posted only I am still waiting for them?
Are these vouchers in the form of a credit card or are they printed on paper and personalised?

I'm still waiting for the tesco voucher from the first weekend, I too have been told it has been posted twice.

I have also ordered two morrisons vouchers, which I was told were out of stock.

It certainly appears to be very poorly organised, and can only be frustrating people, I know I am fed up with it.

My emails to them now remain unanswered.

If you can't deliver, don't set the expectation.

I received my first Tesco voucher OK ,but the second, for Morrisons, is missing and no reply to e mail so far ! A bit frustrating !

I received my first Tesco voucher in June, but am still waiting for the second (and third). I chased up the second one (due latest 29th July) and have just got an email back telling me the third one is on its way! No reference to the second one. As an aside, I'd call them on the 0844 number, but this code is not in my all calls package. Call me cynical, but was 0844 invented to get around 0845/0871 inclusive calls? :wall:

I am owed 2 Tesco vouchers. 1 was meant to have been sent 4th July and the other 25th July. I rang them on Monday and was told they will re issue the 4th July one and the 25th July one was only despatched on the day I rang...... What are they doing???? From this forum sounds like others are having probs.. Still haven't received the ones supposedly sent on Monday.
What is the point of them doing this scheme if they cannot cope with demand?????


Update:::: Rang them again today as still not arrived. Told this morning they haven't even been sent yet (must be reading off a script as this is what they said on monday). Have to wait 14 days and then ring them again if not arrived. !!!!!!, one of them was from 4th JULY!!!!!!... They spouted to me that over 1 million people wanted the Tesco cards and they have had to wait for stock..... Good for them but not for the poor reader waiting for their money.....:mad:
