is the capped HL ISA charge per account or per investment?

Suddenly realised I'm not sure exactly what they mean by "0.5% for all other investments, capped at" £200 now, soon to be £45.
Is the cap for your whole HL ISA, or for each holding?
(presume they won't answer the phone on a saturday)

It's per ISA account. With the £45 cap, it means you only pay 0.5% on the first £9000 worth of investments that carry the charge.0
