No purchase or transaction is necessary for entry into the free prize draw. This draw is open to residents of the UK who are aged 18 or over excluding employees and their families of Department of Health, its agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion. A valid entry must be received by 5pm on 17th September 2011. Only one entry per household is permitted. Duplicates will not be accepted. The winner will be the first entrant drawn at random under independant supervision after the closing date of 17th September 2011. The promoter’s decision wil be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified via their mobile/email/post before 21st October 2011. In the event the claim for a prize is not received by the promoter within 28 days of such notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original. The winner will receive £250 worth of Asda vouchers delivered to an address by recorded delivery. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part. The promoter does not guarantee the date of delivery of the prize; however this will be within 6 weeks of the closing date. The name and county of the winner will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the same address as above, available approximately 60 days after the prize draw end date and for a period of 2 months. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
