Did what I normally never do and didnt check my receipt in store.
My OH got some jeans, great bargain, I didnt see the price on them but he said they were only a tenner, brillinat, got home checked my receipt, they had charged £12.50. No price ticket on, but the barcode was. I sent the online contact us form to ask them to check the price from the barcode. I couldnt believe it, but within 3 minutes, Tesco rang me, confirmed I had indeed been overcharged and are sending me a gift card for a fiver. Good service indeed.

It's nice to know when someone gets good service. Not enough people shout about the good service they get, I find, but plenty of people more than willing to shout when they get bad service!
