Write to whoever you bought them from suggesting that they make arrangements to collect them at your convenience.
Give them (say) 14 days to do this.
Advise them that after that 14 days you will charge them storage at (say) £10 per day.
Not sure how long you have to keep the stuff before you can dispose of it as you see fit... maybe a couple of months?

Flyboy will be along in a minute with a definitive answer. :D

i originally gave them 5 days to collect exchange or refund then had to wait 30 after that before credit card would refund, i guess i will have to let them have another 14 working days before i can dispose?

    thanks

bathroom suite is the goods. It was originally received with an item damaged and some bits were missing then. 2nd delivery was damaged, 3rd time i collected the item (200mile trip).

however when the plumber fitted he identified the product as being seconds as it stared leaking on fitting when he investigated it was damaged under the inners of the flushing mechanisim

Have you got anything in writing?

It is very important that you have proof that you have given them a chance to collect the things.
Written proof warning of disposal would be good too.
