Local Authority Search - Cavity Wall

Does/should cavity wall insulation appear in the local authority search results.
Under the Building Control Schedule section of the results (for a house we're intending to purchase) it says "Cavity Wall. Complete" followed by a date (last year).
My first instinct was that it would be related to cavity wall insulation, but then the worrier inside of me started persuading my better judgement that it could be more serious (i.e. a cavity wall that had needed to be rebuilt).
Has anyone else seen this before?

Cavity Wall installation will be revealed on a local authority search along with any other building control records. The local authority won't usually hold any further information on this other than it has been done and they have been notified.0

If this was done last year then I imagine the wall was insulated as Building Regs these days require insulation.
An older property/existing wall would have no record as to whether a wall was/wasn't insulated.
However, if in doubt why not pop into the Planning Dept and ask for confirmation - my LA Planners/Building Control Inspectors are very helpful.0 -
Many thanks for the replies.
I'll double check with the local planning department (I hadn't though of that - doh!)0 -

Building Control, it's nothing to do with Planning.0
