Jamie Oliver's restaurant is superb but very pricey. The Phoenix is a good pub with decent food and sometimes live music.
Lovely walk along the coastal path to Porth & Newquay.
Newquay is a dump really. Padstow has character. There are boat trips out from the harbour to Puffin Island, etc.
Bedruthan Steps is beautiful.0
