Am currently on a 3 month detachment at RAF Akrotiri, its a really expensive place even though am getting LOA and LSA although the mess is cheap sometimes due to work commitments i sometimes miss the mess which means i have to go to one of the takeaways on camp which usually costs 6 - 12 euro depending on what i get where the mess is 3 euro maximum is there there anyway i can claim the difference back as its costing me a fortune out here.

At Aki tea is 4.30 to 6.30 i think lunch is 12.30 to 2.30 but not sure and couldnt tell you about breakfast, We are only an expert at tea time os its cheaper than buying from ermes every day, and in this heat it saves me washing up and cooking, the kitchen is not my favourite place 6 months of the year and is shut untill it goes cold lol
