  • Its a good laptop, been working well, but having trouble setting up wireless connection on it, it has a wireless card in but it is not picking up my wireless linksys router, theres no sign of it unless i put my belkin wireless USB into the laptop from my computer(which uses wireless internet) that is the only way i can get internet on the laptop,

    So my question is

Do i have to install my broadband (Blueyonder) onto the laptop? before i install the linksys router onto it because if i connect the modem to the router to the laptop, it says that the laptop is not connected to the router

I thought that it would work instantly because it already has a wireless card inside it, but looks like i will have to download blueyonder onto it, then download the wireless router?
