Cat seems sick, anyone recognise these symptoms?

Hi all,
Posted in here before about my cat, things havent really improved attitude-wise, but now she is being sick
She is about 18 months old now, and has never been a friendly cat. Always grumbling, growling, hisses when you pick her up. The vet doesnt seem concerned, and advised us to play with her more. He seemed to think she needed more human contact.
She plays well with the kitten and they have quite a good rough and tumble when they get going.
She has never been keen on food, and we've sort of just accepted that she isnt putting on weight. We think she may have been the runt as she is quite skinny.
Twice this week she has been sick, and tonight we noticed you can see her ribs. She is also not walking properly - although this doesnt look like injury - and you can see a big dip either side of her hips/stomach area. Its just almost as if she is "slouching" whilst walking, if that makes sense.
Quite concerned again about her, but is all this just because she is too grumpy/lazy to go and eat? She likes to hide herself away in cupboards, high places, window sills, etc and sometimes we dont see her for most of the day.
The other two cats, one older and one kitten, are both putting on weight to the point they are getting fat (not overweight, they just look really healthy). They are all fed in their own seperate bowls and allowed to graze on dry food at other times.
Anyone?:(

Although that said, just fed her and she nearly licked the pattern off of the bowl!
Confused :question:0 -
I personally would try another vet. You obviously think that there is something physically wrong and that it's more than a case of just playing with her more. If there really is nothing wrong with her then all you'll have done is wasted a bit of time and paid a consultancy fee...but you will also have paid for peace of mind which you do not have now and therefore it will be money well spent.0

Definately take her to a vet if she's losing weight. Different vet if need be.0

Weird though.... all back to normal today.
She has never been a "fat cat", always been on the small side.
Will have a chat with a different vet me thinks

Have you ever wormed her? Could be that if she is killing things outside she may have worms.
Defo take her to another vet regardless of how she is now, there's obviously something going on that needs checking out.0
