Best balance transfer deal

I followed the link on this website to apply to the Barclaycard (Premium) 0% balance transfer with 2.8% fee and £20 cash back. The actual application only stated the 3.2% fee. I completed thinking that Barclaycard would amend the offer. I phoned them today and they said 'the link' was the wrong application form. I could cancel the application but would not then qualify to reapply for 3 months. I had to settle for the 3.2%. It is not a huge difference in £s but is disappointing.
