DLA Review

One of my children gets DLA (highest rate care). This fact came up when talking to the health visitor who told us we should apply for higher rate mobility now they are 3 years old. The problem is i am not sure if we will get high rate mobility (you cannot get low rate mobility until the child is 5yrs). I was told to ask…

keep going, i have severe osteoarthiritis as well and it took me 2years and an appeal but i eventually got £15, a week care.the first time nobody looked at me the second time they sent a doctor from the dla round who walked me up the stairs and outside and said i should get it which i did.they can take a long time but it is backdated.
