Tomtom

Hi
We have TOMTOM 700 and we would like to get the western europe upgrade for it which online is approx £53. In proper mse style we would like to either totally avoid paying for this or get it reduced. Can anyone point us in right direction? Can you download these things FOC or at a reduced rate? Or are we doomed to pay full price?
Thanks

Course you can. Have a look on the Pirate Bay. You can also tuck some goodies under you coat and walk out of Tesco's without paying. Which way is your moral compass pointing?

My moral compass is pointing the same way as most - the money savers way - thanks.
I asked a simple question and don't appreciate backlash from you.
This is not the site to knock money savers- go elsewhere.

I've been offered a GB mapping update with 20% off on my Go 300, try their website and see if the offer applies to European mapping, the offer for me update expires 31st dec - its worth a shot I suppose - or do u know anyone else with the same maps on sd card just copy them to your pc and download them onto a new sd card - voila

I wouldnt mind getting the update for free either, especially when you've paid so much for your tomtom in the first place - who knows how long its been sat on a store shelf for - its already out of date when u buy it, I think you should be able to have free updates for the first year anyway
