Noisy Indesit washing machine

My Indesit washing machine WIL 143 S UK has just started becoming extremely noisy during its spin cycle only. It is four years old and I have looked after it ie not overloading it etc.

Any advice gratefully received.

maybe the main bearings.
you can check this by lifting the drum up and down and seeing if it "clunks"

lift the top outer edge.

No 'clunk' at all, is it worth changing the carbon brushes do you think?

If its not the bearings I would check its still level and that none of the counter weights have shifted about inside the machine.
