Your correct, they can repair, replace or refund and it's their choice.
You can tell them you would prefer a refund but they are under no obligation to offer you one.
Before you get an independant report on the diamond, tell them your not happy again and see what they do. If they do nothing then get your report and ask them to sort it out and reimburse you your cost.0 -
What about the fact they are in breach of contract ...as a wedding ring will not sit flush....this was written on the contract???0
