Buying rental property in Florida

Hi,
I'm wondering whether anyone has had any experience in buying rental property in Florida.
1. What kind of yield would you expect to make on average
2. Do you pay a management company to sort out problems, how much
3. How often do you have 1-off expenses
4. What % of your income do you pay in utilities+ property tax
5. How often do you replace furniture
6. What taxes do you pay after this - American and UK?
7. Anything else
