What would be your reason for complaint?

As it were taken out wth the mortgage we were worried about lending such a large amount of money and felt we needed this in order to get this mortgage, we had our moortgage just as it was getting very difficult to get one. I feel we were slightly "pushed" into it

With mortgages fact finds are done. Also you wouldnt have got the mortgage if it were not affordable. If he signed for the PPI and its only in his name, then thats fine.

You have yet to give a reason for mis-sale though. Remember that MPPI is not as easily upheld as PPI as the financial need is greater and its still considered best advice to have it. So, for it to be classed as mis-sale, it needs to have a complaint reason.
