I had credit card cover, card care insurance, standard visa credit card, unsecured loan and also four accounts that I want to try and reclaim from. Do I have to send eight individual letters for paperwork or can I list account numbers in one letter?(bank charges and PPI)

Assuming they're all with the same lender, one letter would normally be enough.

Since they may well be dealt with by different departments, however, it's possible the letter will be passed around so expect some delays.

Hi there

If you have a mixture of credit card and loan ppi reclaims, with the same bank, with the same reasons for being mis sold, then you can do all the Credit Card ppi on one, and the loan ppi on another.

With mine I kept them all separately, as some of the reasons varied, but just remember to enclose all account numbers that apply.

Make sure you keep copies as well as you may need to refer to them at some point.
