Brilliant, any1 confirm this as No 3, Hazel Close,??
If so, this property was bought £185,000 in Mar 2010...0 -
Looks like a nice house, RedfordML.

I wonder what has been done in the last 16-ish months to warrant the extra £5k asking price?Generation Rent0 -

Just because it says "Offers in Excess of £189,950", doesn't mean the final selling price wont be below £189,950. My brother had an offer accepted for a property advertised at "Offers in Excess of £190,000"...he paid £180K0 -

It's not No. 3. No. 3 has a square bay window...
ETA it's No. 18...

I don’t think it’s No 3 because the house just next to it is No 20 check Google maps0 -

I know that. But in the vendor's eyes at that moment its worth £5k more...if indeed it was that house that sold for £185k in 2010. Time will tell.Generation Rent0 -

Does not seem to be any history on RM regarding its (No 18) previous selling price which is a shame...0
