Branch Address For Former A&L Girobank (Now Santander) Account

I am trying to transfer my old ISA account and the application form is asking for the bank details, namely the branch. I have a Santander account that was a Girobank account when I opened it, then it became Alliance & Leicester, then Santander.

I phoned Santander, they suggester using either Account Operations, Bootle or the branch in my hometown, although I operate the account online and through the Post Office. I tried to find an address that matched the sortcode and came up with an address in London. There is also an address on the statemens, which says Durham.

Does anyone have any idea which is the correct address to put on the form?

Here's the old Bootle address:
Santander UK plc,
Bootle,
Merseyside
GIR 0AA
I would have thought that would be the appropriate address to put down.
