PPI Claim

Hello,
Just submitted a claim to my bank to reclaim PPI on on a 16K loan.
The following is what I'm complaining about
1) Not being told at point of sale that PPI was added to the loan and interest added on top
2) Being recommended, pushed and advised to accept PPI when I have coverage via my employer (civil service)
What do you think my chances are?
