4th "new account" from Halifax in 2 months

Am fed up with Halifax sending letters to people at my address opening their accounts.
I appreciate this is probably scammers using my address, but I've contacted Halifax several times and get them to flag my address and still the letters keep coming.
I know they aren't previous residents as our house is a new build and the road name was non existant before we moved in.
Anything I can do to stop this?

You can do it yourself or perhaps get Halifax to pay.0
