Sale or Return Agreement - HELP

Hi,
I make and (try) to sell various craft items with fairly small values which I mainly sell at craft fairs. However I have been approached by a new shop opening locally to me who wish to stock my items on a sale or return basis.
Does anyone know where I can get a Sale or Return Agreement from (prefereably for free or for little cost)?
The store opens tomorrow (I know not much notice but she only contacted me today!) so any help would be gratefully received.
Thanks x

What terms do you want to attach to the SoR deal? Once you have decided that just write a note to that effect, both sign it and both have a copy.
Retail stock does get battered and faded and can quickly depreciate in value. Naturally the retailer will also try and give you back the stock that isn't selling, perhaps it is a naff line or perhaps the stock is looking past its best. You really only want to be offering SoR if you have a very high profit margin as you need to accept that the returned stock may be of little value. Don't expect to be able to take it back and then sell it on at full retail price.0
