Bridesmaid dress problems

I think I've made this really difficult for myself, I'm going for a mint green and purple wedding theme. I can picture it all in my head but its proving very difficult finding any mint green bridesmaid dresses that aren't going to break the budget! I am completely stuck! I found some on the bhs website they seem like the kind of green I want (either mint or a pastel green) but haven't heard great things so anyone who's used bhs bridal wear I'd love to hear from. And any help on budget dresses

I used BHS to buy a bridesmaid dress and I thought the quality was very good for the price...it was a childs dress rather than an adults but the quality and price was very good....the only thing I would say is if possible go to one of the shops that stocks the desses and see them in the flesh...they do run small on sizes so you may need to get a size or 2 larger....for some reason the size on some of the labelling doesn't always equate to other sized clothes!!!!
Bhs is worth a visit if you think they may have what you want.....frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

Do you have any idea on budget? Places like styleshake.com will do a variety of designs in the right fabric - but you're probably looking around £100+ each...too much?0

Yea slightly, I've found the dress of my dreams (sorry so clich!) but its ruddy expensive so was trying to wind in the budget on the rest of the bridal wear to attempt to afford it. I found a dress in Dorothy Perkins but unsure of its 'bridesmaid status' if anyones got a few spare minutes to have a look would really appreciate feedback. Its called a MINT BANDEAU PLEAT MAXI DRESS (did try to share link but don't think I can, newbie to the site!) Thanks for replies

We wore the adult strapless Bhs sage green bridesmaid dresses at my sister's wedding. Good quality material, speedy delivery for internet delivery. I echo the other poster's suggestion of trying dresses on, I took a size smaller than usual and another bridesmaid took a size larger than normal, not sure if it was the dresses or us that was shaped oddly
Possibly not a concern but the silver clip on the hip came off when we dry-cleaned the dresses afterwards. 0 -
I've just had 4 bridesmaid dresses delivered from BHS and am really pleased with the quality. Would definately recommend them x0

I don't know if this might be a bit short (it probably depends how tall your BMs are), but having seen this in the shop it's quite close to a mint green if you can get to a branch: http://www.warehouse.co.uk///fcp-product/305428"A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge." - Tyrion LannisterMarried my best friend 1st November 2014Loose = the opposite of tight (eg "These trousers feel a little loose")Lose = the opposite of find/gain (eg "I'm going to lose weight this year")0

the DP's dress is lovly - wouldnt worry bout it not looking like a bridesmaid dress as it does! my friend had maxi style dresses £250 each and were quite simular to these!
just imagine with the flowers\make up\hair etc - then look good!
did find these two different styles depending what after!
