Hi all,
Just wanted to rant and warn anybody looking to shop at the online snowsports shop OGGIE.CO.UK
I bought a snowboard from them last year, they lost the order and delayed delivery, then when it arrived they left over £200 worth of board equipment in a public place, only the grace of god nobody stole it.
I complained, got a fobbing off.
Recently i saw they had a sale on, purchased 3 nice beanies and some wax for my impending trip to Austria. They took the money from my bank on the 25th, still no delivery by today (30th).
I call them and they cant find the order, when they do, they inform me their warehouse is closed till 2nd Jan! Meaning ill miss out on my gear for the holiday.
There was no mention of this closure on their website, yet all the say is 'we can only apologise'.
Surely they cant take money and not dispatch my goods for 9 days! making them a nice little bit of interest in the meantime.
I hate these companies that try and get away with misleading customers and fobbing them off with a 'sorry sir'.
GRRRRRRRRRRRR
Thanks for listening guys and gals.

Thats another thing, their postage and packaging prices are crazy!
MINIMUM £4.99 for any size package, flat rate, (i purchased 3 beanies and wax totalling £10) express is £10.
Now im no expert but that sound overpriced to me.
No, i didnt pay for express, as that would have doubled my invoice amount!0
