New Zanussi fridge freezer water leaking?

Hi folks,
I have a new zanussi frost free fridge freezer less than 2 mths old and I noticed last night water lying on the lino at front. Pulling out the fridge I noticed that there was a large build up of water inside the bottom back where the compressor is and other parts are. I tipped the freezer backwards and most of the water came out.
As we have a lot of food in it I have kept it switched on and no water at front on lino today.
I have booked a service call but can't come to next wednesday. What I'm wondering is is this perhaps an air circulation problem and can be common with these type of frost free freezer? There seems to be enough free space at back between freezer and wall a good 3.5 inch. The siides of the fridge half way down seem to get quite hot.
Any ideas appreciated.
many thanks

Evidently, most repair call outs to fridge/freezers are to frost-free ones. I note that you say that you have a lot of food in it. That could be the problem. They work by circulating the cold air around inside, to "freeze dry" the water out of air. Therefore, they shouldn't be have too much stuff put in them.
I've been doing a lot of research into what fridge/freezer to have in my new home, and I won't be having a frost-free one. As above, it's one more thing to go wrong. They cost more to buy and more to run than the "normal" ones. And, they can "freeze dry" stuff in it, if you don't wrap or seal it properly. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0
