How do I do it?

Hi,
I was approached by a claims organisation who said that I could have grounds to claim quite a lot back (for one consolidation loan, two car loans and credit cards over the last 10 years). However I found out that they would charge me 39% of whatever I managed to claim so I cancelled them.

I would still like to try and claim whatever is relevant back but I have no clue how to go about doing it. I no longer have the records for the general loan as it was about 7/8 years ago, and I may only have partial records for the credit cards. The car loans are ongoing so they're easier.

Can I just write to the companies and put the onus on them to investigate what finance arrangements I had with them or do I need to do more than that? Any help greatly appreciated!

Hi there, do you have internet banking?if you do you should be able to get the loan number from there if you paid by dd,if that fails you could get a free 30 day trial with credit files (remember to cancel after 30 days!) it may show up on there.

If you know the card numbers, that is all you need.
Look here for reasons for mis sell and if any/all apply to you then put a claim in.

These are the same reasons for cc as well.
