I agree that no statutory right exists, but surely you would also have a right to an exchange if, at the time of sale, a contractual right was established stating that they were happy to exchange within (say) 14 days if the buyer changed their mind?

Think the point is that being polite and concilliatory is better than screaming off to Court.
