Credit Expert

I know that this will make me sound really naive - but I could really do with people's advise.
Last night credit expert rang me and asked if I had ever taken out PPI - well yes I have - on a credit card and a loan - but I'd never claimed. He said they could reclaim me thousands and I wouldn't have to do anything?
I said to him - surely I could claim myself and keep all the money but he proceeded to tell me that they would be able to get me a lot more money?
So he said he will ring me on monday? Are they trustworthy - do I let them do all the leg work or really would I be better downloading the form from here and doing it myself?
Advise Please!!

Hi there and welcome, they cannot get you anymore or do anymore with a claim than you can,and they will take a good chunk of your win!.

Download the form on here and post it off recorded delivery to the bank.(one for each claim).

Look here for reasons for mis sell and put a claim in.

It is that easy,if you need any help just ask.
What loans and cards are these and what years?,if we know this we can put you on the right track.

You can reclaim the premiums if you were mis-sold or it was set up incorrectly. However, you cant just reclaim premiums because you didnt have a claim on the policy.

They use the same free of charge process you would use. Except you would use a first class stamp and they use a second class one and then charge your thousands for it if your complaint is upheld.

If you have the account numbers then download the template letters and put a claim in,just look on the link i gave before.

Give them a ring, they may take your complaint over the phone.

Be aware though that this call may cost you a lot :D:D so you will see why claims cos need the large fee they charge :D
