You must speak to a professional person re bankruptcy if that is what you want to do. The judge at the court will ask if you sought professional advice before leaping to bankruptcy.
Ring Myvesta, Paypal or CCCS or go to the CAB to discuss it with them before you make any rash decisions.0 -
