Has anyone else not received any goodwill letters from barclays yet? I have two claims on hold with B/card from last November which I sent to the FSO in january 2011. I havn,t heard anythink yet. Neither the FSO or barclaycard can give me any info on whether settlement offer is coming. Is anyone else in this position?

Hope you hear something soon, they are taking their time, and even though the main of the banks have been given extra time, you would think something would be happening now wouldn't you?

I would give them a ring, or email them, including the CEO and ask for an update.

We have a ppi in with a loan from Barclays. We are in the same position as you, and I know others are to. We have called the FOS and Barclays and they couldn't tell us anything.
