Why suppose I was referring to illicit practices? I was thinking more along the lines of income from various tax free savings/investment products, certain pensions, various benefits, student grants/loans, gifts, etc. I was just pointing out that you can already have an income without being liable for tax.oldwiring wrote:Like black economy income, but I was making a joke about MR Brown looking at this thread and deciding to tax one's money every time it moved.
