Thanks to everyone who has replied and apologies for my rather long-winded post. Ok, so i've noticed that the website has now put their mistake right, they had obviously mixed up the price for 2 or 4 pillows and have now corrected it. I feel though, that it wasn't my fault, there was a clear drop down options menu upon ordering the pillows, asking if you wanted 2 or 4 pillows (with no price stated at that stage). I clicked 4 pillows and it came up £20, great I thought and ordered them. On my confirmation email it also stated that I picked the '4 pillow option' and obviously by now they had taken my money. I feel that if they had made a mistake with the pricing they should have noticed on fulfilling the order and perhaps contacted me to explain and ask if I still wanted the 2 pillows at that price. But by sending them and accepting my money, aren't they then just not fulfilling my original order? I admit it's not clear cut but it's not like it was a 'too good to be true/obvious' mistake, I just thought it was a good deal! When it comes to item numbers, obviously that didn't mean anything to me as I wasn't actually looking at a catalogue and wouldn't therefore have noticed that the item no/price didn't match. I'm still not sure where I stand on this, don't want to start spouting to them when I'm not sure of my facts!!0

Well I suggest you reply to them and state your order is missing 2 pillows, as per the email they sent you for confirmation of the order, which they have clearly accepted in dispatching the goods it clearly shows your order for 4 pillows @£20.Everyones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.0
