Quidco is a larf

Ive been a member of Quidco for a long while. Dont know why, but I think in hope of getting a good deal and the company being fair with me.
Ive had several vodafone buys and the cashback must be at leat 200 quid. ive had several car insurance sales with cash back at least 150 quid. Never ever has any of these been paid to meas i have several queries out with quidco.
I have bought items from sportshq and maybe 50p has been paid. I bought some boots from MandM Direct and got 75p.
Its bloody strange that all my small items are logged within a few minutes, such as online golf another 20p and direct golf maybe a quid, but the big guns like vodafone who offer £60 for my 12 month sim card contract at £10.50 per month are never logged along with my 120 quid for my vodafone 18 moth contract, and my Admiral insurance for 35 quid and AA car insurance for about 40 quid, I can go on and on.
The big money is all a con job as im constantly chasing quidco for results but never get any. Ive been asking them for answers that go back over 1 year, and still no results.
My RAC car insurance was around 40 quid more than my current insurer but i took this out as I would get 60 quid 10 pound profit basically and all my cashback goes into a seperate account to pay for a holiday or something special. Whjat a load of tosh. ive massed aout £1.50 and still fighting for several hundreds of pounds.
In my opinion Quidco is maing something that im not!

All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.

I've had a very different experience with over £1500 tax-free over the last few years. Are you clearing cookies each time? Do you check on the complaints bit that your transaction is there? Everything I've done has - eventually - tracked and been paid out. Rather post this on the Shop, but don't drop/Quidco questions board, and the rep will speak to you specifically.
By the way, did you request that things be paid to you by BACS rather than Paypal? And, if so, did you ask for 0.00 minimum payment to be sent (ie so that even small amounts will come to you?). Just asking, because I am very pleased with Quidco and am now awaiting quite a bit of money which I am sure will come eventually.
Good luck.0 -

Under Bargain Buys, then Shop but don't drop, then Quidco Questions and Answers.

I've also had about £1000 in cashback from Quidco and have never had a problem. This includes large cashback such as £100 from Vodafone.
Does your cashback get tracked and declined or does it never appear? If it never appears then you probably have a cookie issue. If the cashback gets declined, then you must be doing something else wrong and should phone them to ask why.0 -
I was saying pretty much the same the other day. I'm waiting on a couple of hundred quid to be paid most of which is at least 6 months old and I haven't seen a penny of it, yet one for a massive 4p and £1.12 have been paid pretty quickly. I have opened a queries for the outstanding amounts but i'm really not holding out any hope of getting them paid.If At First You Don't Succeed, Call It Version 1.00

My large money backs are never tracked, I always have to chase quidco up. all small amounts are tracked stright away. ive opened queries from Novemeber last year and still awiting for help from quidcoAll the big powers they've silenced me. If they are not tracked, then I think you may have an issue with cookies.
For the larger cashbacks such as car insurance, do you get a quote and then go back through quidco and do the quote again and pay. Or do you go through quidco and do the quote for the first time then?
Next time you do a quidco purchase, clear your cookies just before clicking on the link. That way you know it must be fine.
Otherwise I don't know what you are doing wrong. One thing I am sure of is it certainly isn't quidco's fault.0 -
You should clear your cookies each time. In fact, while I use Firefox as my main browser, and Chrome for other things, I use Internet Explorer pretty much exclusively for Quidco and checking flight prices - I've set IE to automatically delete all temporary files, cookies, stored passwords, etc. Never had any problems with any Quidco transactions as a result.0

I've found Quidco to be fair and have received everything I thought I was entitled to.
I bought a laptop from HP with a £35 Quidco cashback on it - that took 3 months to go through. When I chased them they said they were already on the case and I did get the cashback shortly afterwards, but that has been the only problem.
It's very easy sometimes, when you are comparing deals and prices with several suppliers, to forget that you have left the Quidco site and to actually make the purchase direct, not through Quidco.0 -
I've just learnt (thanks to EagerLeaner) about ctrl+shift+del to clear cookioes. I do it all the time, but it may result in your having to re-sign in. And, like others, I keep Firefox just for Quidco/Topcashback etc.0
