Current acct and credit card same bank

Looking for some help please, I have tried reading through the various forums but am addled LOL

I have sent letters 1 and 2 to Lloyds TSB and am about to move on to the next stage with the small claims court. It has only just dawned on me that the letters for the bank charges and credit card charges have been going to two different departments at two different addresses. When I file the small claims case, do I need to file two separate claims or just one? I am guessing just one but not sure.

Despite a success with a store card I am still a wee bit nervous and afraid I may do the wrong thing and end up back at stage one.

Thanks
Claudie

As far as I understand it - the first 2 letters can be sent directly to your branch or to the relevant departments, but if you are filing anything to do with the courts, it has to be sent directly to the banks registered Head Office address.

I am sure someone will be along soon to confirm this.
