I've looked on the site and I can't find them either!

The terms are here. It says 2011 in the URL, but in the T&C it is still showing 2010, which was from last year's awards. Two important terms:

Item 2:
- The vote online and free draw is open to all people aged 18 or over and living in or around London.

The participant agrees that if he/she won one of the prizes they will accept to take part in public relations events. They also agree to attend the award ceremony/event night on 22nd September 2010 at the French Institute, 17 Queensberry Place, SW7 2DT, London.

They were defo on final page it said rules and terms and conditions ,it wont let me go that far now will try again in a bit.great comp do you think they would class Nottingham as around London ha ha
